Requirements:
Conduct Calls and consults with clients to understand their real estate needs.
Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property value.
Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Show properties and support clients throughout the transaction process
Develop and maintain a network of clients, real estate professionals, and potential leads.
Stay up-to-date with local real estate markets, trends, and legislation.
Qualifications:
With experience as a Real Estate Agent.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Knowledgeable in Dubai Real Estate Market with strong networking and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid UAE driving license and own car is an advantage.
