Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants.
Conduct property viewings and market research.
Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company standards.
Maintain accurate records of clients, listings, and transactions.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of real estate experience
(sales or leasing).Fluent in English
(both spoken and written). Strong knowledge of thereal estate industry
and local property market. Excellentsocial, communication, and negotiation skills
. Ability towork independently
and also be a strongteam player
. Must hold avalid driving license
. Positive, professional, and goal-orientedattitude
