Inca Real Estate LLC is seeking ambitious, driven, and results-oriented Real Estate Agents to be part of our fast-growing team in Dubai. This is an exciting full-time, commission-only role -- ideal for passionate sales professionals who are ready to excel in a dynamic, competitive market and enjoy unlimited earning potential.
What You'll Do:
Make daily calls to potential landlords and sellers Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties Conduct property viewings and close negotiations Build and maintain long-term client relationships Stay current with Dubai's real estate trends and pricing Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
What We're Looking For
Minimum 6 months - 1 year of UAE real estate experience (Dubai market preferred). Strong network of real estate agents, brokers, and investors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Valid UAE Driving License with own car (must) Advanced English (additional languages are a plus) Currently residing in Dubai
