is expanding its professional team and is seeking a driven, motivated, and results-oriented Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic office in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

- Actively identify and pursue potential clients through calls, networking, referrals, and other outreach methods.

Client Engagement

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their property needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Presentations

- Present and promote property listings effectively, highlighting unique selling points.

Negotiation & Deal Closure

- Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently to achieve and exceed targets.

Market Knowledge

- Stay informed on current market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.

Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and closed deals.

Compensation & Benefits:

Commission Split: 50% to the agent, 50% to the company on every successfully closed deal

Uncapped Earnings: The more deals you close, the more you earn

Visa & Benefits: Provided by the company upon confirmation

Support & Resources: Marketing assistance, professional training, and administrative support

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in Real Estate

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market is an advantage

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Terms & Conditions:

Commission-Only Role: No basic salary - income based entirely on performance

Probation Period: 3 months (performance will determine confirmation)

If employment ends during probation, the employee will bear the complete cost of visa and ticket fees
