We are seeking an ambitious, client-focused Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and guiding clients through every stage of the property transaction process. You will represent the company with professionalism, provide expert market insights, and ensure a seamless buying, selling, or leasing experience

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance and market knowledge. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners. Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings with a high level of professionalism. Prepare and present competitive market analyses to advise clients on pricing strategies. Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions. Stay informed on market trends, property values, and relevant real estate regulations. Maintain accurate records of listings, client communications, and sales activities in the company CRM. Actively prospect for new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a real estate agent, broker, or similar role. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
