Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in property buying, selling, and leasing. Conduct market analysis to determine property values and competitive pricing. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities. Prepare and review property documents, contracts, and agreements. Negotiate deals and provide advice to clients during transactions. Manage property listings property platforms. Stay updated on local real estate market trends and regulations.
Requirements

Experience: 1-2 years in real estate sales or brokerage (required). Driving License & Own Vehicle (required). Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Basic computer skills and familiarity with real estate CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of local property laws and regulations. Proven track record in closing deals successfully. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
