Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing. List new properties and maintain accurate property listings. Conduct property viewings and open houses with potential buyers or tenants. Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. Negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and contracts. Coordinate with property owners, developers, mortgage lenders, and legal teams. Ensure all paperwork and documentation are accurate and submitted on time. Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and regulations

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
