Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market Strong knowledge of Dubai's neighborhoods, off-plan and ready properties Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to generate and follow up with leads effectively Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
