Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage property listings, build strong relationships with property owners and buyers, and close sales transactions under our company license. This role is commission-based, with competitive commission splits and full marketing support (Property Finder and premium advertising packages provided by the company).

Key Responsibilities:

Generate, list, and manage property listings on platforms like Property Finder. Contact property owners, secure exclusive listings, and conduct property viewings. Handle buyer inquiries, negotiate offers, and close sales deals under DLD regulations. Stay updated on Dubai property market trends, pricing, and competitive developments. Prepare and manage RERA forms (Form A, B, F) and other required real estate documentation. Maintain a professional network with buyers, sellers, and co-brokers to maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements:

Previous experience in Dubai real estate sales (preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates). Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, market trends, and property portals (Property Finder, Bayut). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred). RERA certification and broker card (if not, training will be arranged).
