As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, as well as providing expert guidance throughout the real estate transaction process. You will be working on a

100% commission basis

with unlimited income potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and online platforms. Conduct property viewings and accompany clients to site visits. Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties. Negotiate offers, terms, and conditions between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, property market trends, and legal documentation. Provide outstanding customer service and after-sales support to clients. List properties on major portals with compelling descriptions and high-quality media. Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to close deals efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a real estate agent or a strong desire to start a career in real estate. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and customer service orientation. Valid UAE driving license and own car is preferred. RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it). Fluent in English (other languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin, etc. are a plus). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
