We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will help clients buy, sell, and rent properties while providing excellent customer service and expert advice.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Conduct property viewings and accompany clients during inspections. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages. Negotiate offers and prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds). Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role (Mandatory at least 6 months in real estate ). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Presentable, proactive, and target-oriented. [Languages required, Fluent English ].
