Responsibilities :

Managing the entire transaction process of a property purchase or sale. Maintaining strong knowledge of the real estate market and being able to provide expert advice to their clients. Determining clients' needs and financials, abilities to propose solutions that suit them. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing. Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties value. Promoting sales through social media. Networking and building relationship with potential clients.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication in

English

(written and spoken) is essential. Multilingual candidates are a plus:

French, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Spanish, German, or Italian

. Minimum

1 year of experience

in real estate (preferred). Sound knowledge of the

Dubai real estate market

and RERA regulations. Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and target-driven. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and closing skills.

UAE driving license

is a strong advantage.
