Position Overview



Boulevard Properties is expanding, and we are seeking experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. The successful candidates will guide clients through the entire property buying, selling, or renting process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory transaction.

Key Responsibilities



Client Management

: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized real estate solutions.

Property Listings

: Manage property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing presentations to attract potential buyers or renters.

Market Analysis

: Conduct market research to stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.

Sales and Negotiation

: Facilitate property viewings, handle negotiations, and close deals to meet sales targets.

Marketing and Promotion

: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings, including social media campaigns and traditional advertising.

Documentation and Compliance

: Prepare and review contracts, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and manage all necessary documentation for transactions.

Customer Service

: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Recruitment Process

Recruiting

Initial Testing

: A 15-minute entry test.

Second Testing and Interview

: A 50-minute comprehensive assessment and interview.

In-Company Practice

:

Training and Familiarization

: 5 working days to understand company processes and workflows.

Practical Application and Joint KPI Setting

: 14 days of practical work and setting KPIs for the probation period.

Deal Closure

: Completing the first transaction.

Additional Benefits



Office Location

: Our office is located in the Prime Business Tower A, JVC Dubai.

Commission Structure

: Standard 50/50 split; however, exceptional agents can negotiate a higher commission up .

Leads and Support

: Fresh leads, top-tier marketing support, and post-closing road shows if needed.

Requirements



Proficiency in working with corporate calendars and Google Workspace. Ability to conduct transactions efficiently. Experience in client segmentation and personalized service.

Preferred Qualifications



Proficiency in working with databases and analytical tools. Strong local network and familiarity with the Dubai real estate market. Ability to create detailed reports and presentations for clients (templates will be provided). Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
