You are responsible for the successful real estate brokerage from the acquisition of the properties to the notarized signing of the purchase contract You generate and process leads and tips from various sources (banking and insurance partners, online leads, etc.) Depending on the area, you will exclusively support our local banking partners You will gather all information about the properties, create a meaningful expose, advise owners and interested parties on all questions regarding the sale or purchase You will process inquiries about your properties, conduct viewings and support buyers and sellers in completing the real estate transaction

You are a real estate professional or real estate agent with regional market knowledge You are strong in acquisition, consulting and communication You demonstrate a committed and independent way of working You are highly self-motivated and enjoy dealing with demanding customers and cooperation partners You enjoy working in a team and value professional exchange
