Key Responsibilities:

Property Sales & Leasing:

Assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.

Market Research:

Conducting market analysis to determine property values and identify investment opportunities.

Client Consultation:

Providing guidance on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements.

Lead Generation & Networking:

Building relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors.

Negotiation:

Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutually agreeable terms.

Documentation:

Preparing and reviewing sales contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents.

Property Showings:

Coordinating and conducting property viewings for potential buyers.

Marketing:

Creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote properties.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the transaction process.

Staying Informed:

Keeping up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:

Sales and Negotiation Skills:

Proven ability to close deals and achieve desired outcomes for clients.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and other professionals.

Customer Service Skills:

Ability to provide exceptional service and build strong client relationships.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of Real Estate Laws and Regulations:

Understanding of local and national real estate laws and regulations.

Marketing and Networking Skills:

Ability to market properties effectively and build a strong network of contacts.

Licensing:

Valid UAE Driving License
