Job Title: Real Estate Agent - Dubai
We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent residential or commercial properties, while providing exceptional customer service and market guidance throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in finding suitable properties based on their needs and budget
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers or tenants
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and property developers
Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently and professionally
Keep up-to-date with market trends, property listings, and real estate regulations
Promote properties through online platforms and company marketing channels
Prepare and handle necessary documentation related to property transactions
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven mindset with a professional appearance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market is a plus
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
This is a commission-based role with high earning potential for driven and dedicated individuals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
