We are seeking motivated and client-focused Real Estate Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Agent, you will assist clients in buying and selling properties. Your responsibilities include guiding clients through the property transaction process, developing new business, and maintaining positive client relationships. Success in this role is measured by strong sales performance, client satisfaction, and adherence to real estate laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions Conduct property showings and open houses Provide clients with guidance on market conditions, prices, and mortgages Develop and maintain a client database through networking, referrals, and marketing
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales or real estate (Minimum 6 months required) Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Working Conditions:
Commission-based compensation structure Office-based with regular travel to properties and client meetings.
