Position Overview

We are currently seeking

experienced Real Estate Agents

who have worked in the

Dubai rental market

, possess deep knowledge of communities and buildings, and are skilled in client management, negotiations, and closing rental transactions.

As part of our

Rentals Division

, you will work with both landlords and tenants to lease residential and commercial properties while maintaining professional standards and excellent client service.

What We're Looking For

1.

1-2 years of proven experience in the Dubai real estate rental market

2. Strong understanding of rental procedures, tenancy contracts, Ejari, and RERA guidelines

3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

4. Strong lead follow-up and time management abilities

5. Ability to build and maintain client relationships

6. Proficient in using CRM platforms and property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.)

7. RERA certified (preferred but not mandatory)
