We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Real Estate Leasing Consultant

to join our growing team. If you have at least

1 year of experience in leasing/rental properties

Key Responsibilities:

Handle leasing and rental inquiries from potential clients Guide clients through property viewings and lease processes Maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and property developers Stay updated with current market trends and available properties Prepare leasing documents and ensure accurate records Meet monthly leasing targets and KPIs

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in real estate leasing/rental in UAE Strong communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of the UAE real estate market Presentable, professional, and customer-focused Proficiency in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus) UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory
