Key Responsibilities
Engage and consult clients to understand their property requirements (buy, sell, invest).
Provide expert guidance on residential and commercial properties in the UAE.
Schedule and conduct property viewings with qualified leads provided by the company.
Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transaction closures.
Maintain client relationships to build a strong referral network.
Stay updated on real estate laws, market trends, and developer projects.
Work in coordination with internal teams (CRM, legal, marketing) to streamline the sales cycle.

Requirements
Proven experience in real estate or B2C/B2B sales (real estate experience preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of UAE property market and real estate procedures (RERA certification is a plus).
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
