Looking for Experienced Real Estate Agents - Commission-Based Role in the UAE
Are you a motivated and experienced real estate agent based in the UAE? We are hiring dynamic professionals to join our growing team.
This is a commission-only position - perfect for those who are goal-driven and ready to earn based on performance.
What You'll Do:
- Help clients buy, sell, or rent properties across the UAE.
- Find new leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and online platforms.
- Organize and attend property viewings.
- Give advice on prices, legal steps, and market trends.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients and developers.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- 6+ Months of real estate experience in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of UAE real estate laws and market trends.
- RERA card (preferred).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience with CRMs and property websites like Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle.
- Own car and UAE driving license (preferred).
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a bonus).
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
- Up to 50% commissions - the more you sell, the more you earn.
