We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in managing property transactions, guiding clients through buying, selling, and renting processes, and ensuring a seamless experience by providing expert real estate advice and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and manage new leads through various channels, including online listings, social media, networking events, and personal connections.
Conduct property viewings, showcasing properties effectively to potential buyers and tenants.
Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords, ensuring successful property transactions.
Maintain a detailed and current understanding of Dubai's property market, including pricing, trends, and regulations.
Prepare and manage necessary paperwork and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with RERA guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service, building long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Actively market available properties using creative and strategic promotional activities.
Coordinate closely with property developers, landlords, and other real estate professionals to expand business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai, with a minimum of 1-2 years in the UAE property market.
Valid RERA certification preferred.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Excellent understanding of Dubai's real estate market dynamics and regulatory environment.
Proficient in English; proficiency in additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Chinese, etc.) is advantageous.
Valid UAE driving license with own transportation preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred but not essential.
