Chinar Homes Properties LLC is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in real estate sales and leasing, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven ability to efficiently close deals. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, have a passion for property investments, and excel in building strong client and landlord relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Sales: Generate leads, cultivate relationships, and finalize transactions with investors and end-users for both off-plan and ready properties.
Property Listings & Marketing: Identify and list properties for sale or rent, effectively promote them across online platforms and client networks.
Negotiation & Closing: Guide clients through purchasing, selling, or leasing processes, ensuring optimal deal terms.
Market Research: Stay abreast of Dubai's real estate trends, upcoming projects, and investment opportunities to offer expert advice to clients.
Landlord Relations: Foster and maintain strong ties with landlords to secure exclusive property listings.
Legal & Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
Proven track record in real estate sales and leasing, with a robust network of investors and landlords.
Knowledge of off-plan sales, secondary market transactions, and investment strategies.
Strong negotiation, communication, and networking abilities.
Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets independently.
Preferably RERA certification or willingness to obtain one.
Proficiency in English (knowledge of Arabic, Russian, or other languages is advantageous).
Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle (preferred).
