Assist clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of residential and/or commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings, open houses, and market evaluations.
Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital marketing, and referrals.
Maintain and update listings of available properties on company CRM and portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut).
Stay up to date with UAE real estate market trends, property laws, and regulations.
Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers.
Build strong client relationships and provide after-sales support.
Coordinate with legal advisors, mortgage consultants, and government departments as needed.
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson in the UAE (preferred).
Valid UAE driving license
RERA Certification preferred
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and property listing portals.
Excellent knowledge of UAE real estate laws, market dynamics, and neighborhoods.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
