To assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The agent is responsible for generating leads, advising clients, marketing listings, and closing deals in accordance with legal and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Schedule and conduct property viewings and open houses.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Promote sales through advertisements, digital marketing, and networking.
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.).
Maintain and update listings of available properties.
Negotiate offers and close deals with buyers, sellers, or landlords.
Build relationships with clients to generate future business.
Ensure full compliance with RERA and local real estate laws.
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson.
Strong knowledge of the local property market.
RERA certification (if in UAE) is preferred or mandatory.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
