Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties Generate and follow up on leads from online portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder) Coordinate and conduct property viewings and negotiations Stay updated with RERA regulations and Trakheesi system procedures Build strong client relationships through excellent service and communication Register clients and properties with developers and follow up on payments and updates Maintain CRM records and keep property listings up-to-date
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE Valid UAE Real Estate license (RERA certification preferred) Strong knowledge of UAE property market and developers Excellent negotiation and communication skills Self-motivated and target-driven Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools Flexible with working hours and ready to work under pressure

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
