Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team on a commission basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, listing, marketing, and closing real estate transactions, including residential and/or commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels (calls, referrals, online portals, networking, etc.)

Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties

List new properties and conduct property viewings

Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements

Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth closing processes

Maintain and update CRM systems with leads and client interactions

Stay updated with current market trends, property laws, and RERA regulations

Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred but not mandatory)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing portals

Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred)

RERA Certification (optional but an advantage)

Must be residing in [insert location, e.g., Dubai]
