3-5 driven and experienced Real Estate Agents

to join our growing Dubai office.

Who We're Looking For

Minimum

6 months of experience

in the Dubai real estate market Proven knowledge of

off-plan

,

secondary sales

, or

leasing

Strong negotiation and communication skills A results-driven, client-focused mindset Professional presentation and work ethic Fluent in English (other languages are a plus) RERA license is a

plus

(or willingness to obtain it)

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and investors Generate and follow up on leads from multiple channels Conduct property viewings and provide expert consultations Manage the full sales/leasing process: from prospecting to closing deals Stay updated on current market trends, property laws, and developments Maintain accurate records and client information in CRM systems Represent Aston Gate with professionalism and integrity at all times
