We are seeking

Portfolio Managers

to manage diverse property portfolios, convert leads, and close high-value deals across Dubai's thriving real estate landscape. Arabic speakers preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect buyer leads, qualify clients, and convert to viewings/agreements Conduct comparative market analysis to accurately value properties Manage a portfolio of clients and maximize returns for investors Prepare and manage contracts: loyalty, purchase, rental, etc. Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers Present offers, conduct fiduciary analyses, and close transactions Maintain expert knowledge of neighborhoods, market trends, schools, and mortgage options Collaborate with developers, contractors, attorneys, and mortgage brokers

Who We're Looking For:

Minimum

2 years of real estate sales experience

(Required)

Portfolio Management or Investment Advisory experience

(Preferred) Strong understanding of Dubai real estate and market trends Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, proactive, and client-focused

Driving license

(Preferred)

Arabic speaking

(Preferred, not mandatory)
