Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, provide expert advice on market conditions, and ensure a smooth transaction process. The agent will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, and marketing. Conduct market research to determine competitive market prices. List and promote properties through online platforms, social media, and open houses. Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants. Negotiate contracts and handle all aspects of property transactions. Prepare necessary paperwork such as sales agreements, lease contracts, and disclosure forms. Stay informed about real estate laws, market trends, and financing options. Maintain regular contact with clients and provide post-sale support. Collaborate with other agents, brokers, and legal representatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role (preferred). Valid real estate license (as per UAE or relevant country's regulations). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent sales and marketing abilities. Familiarity with local property laws and market dynamics. Proficient in MS Office and property management software. High level of professionalism and integrity. UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred for field agents).

Working Conditions:

Full-time role with flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Field-based work with frequent property visits and client meetings.
