The Role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service, market knowledge, and negotiation skills to guide clients through real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential and/or commercial properties. - Conduct property viewings, open houses, and site inspections. - Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legal regulations. - Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other real estate documentation. - Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, cold calling, and property portals. - Provide clients with accurate comparative market analysis (CMA) and investment advice. - Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers. - Maintain regular communication with clients to build and sustain long-term relationships. - Collaborate with real estate developers, landlords, banks, and legal professionals. - Ensure compliance with RERA/DLD (or local authority) requirements.



Requirements

Proven working experience as a real estate agent or broker (preferred). - Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team. - Knowledge of CRM systems and real estate listing platforms. - UAE Driving License (for Dubai-based agents) is often required. - RERA Certified (for Dubai agents) is a plus.
