The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, providing exceptional customer service and expert market insights in the vibrant UAE real estate market. Responsibilities: - Identify and present properties that match client requirements and preferences. - Facilitate negotiations and transactions between buyers, sellers, and renters. - Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date market information and trends. - Coordinate property viewings and open houses to showcase listings. - Prepare necessary paperwork including contracts, agreements, and disclosures. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other real estate professionals. - Ensure compliance with all local real estate laws and regulations. - Achieve sales targets and report regularly on market activity and client feedback.



Requirements

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in the UAE market. - Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including regulations and trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. - Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and customer service orientation. - Fluency in English is a must. -Knowledge of Arabic, Hindu, Urdu, Chinese, Russian, Spanish or French is an advantage. - Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software and property listing platforms.
