The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property sales and rentals, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career by connecting buyers and sellers and facilitating smooth property transactions. Responsibilities: - Identify and attract potential buyers and sellers in the Dubai real estate market. - Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients. - Assist clients in negotiating and closing sales or rental agreements. - Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of property market trends and listings in Dubai. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Prepare necessary documents such as contracts, agreements, and leasing paperwork. - Collaborate with other agents, brokers, and property managers to facilitate smooth transactions. - Participate in networking events and marketing activities to promote properties and the agency.



Requirements

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in the Dubai market preferred. - Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Customer-focused with a passion for helping clients find their ideal property. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads and transactions simultaneously. - Valid UAE Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) certification is a plus. - Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets. - Fluency in English (fluency in Dutch, German, Spanish, or Turkish is a plus) - Perfect for fresh graduates ready to grow in a dynamic, supportive environment.
