Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties (off-plan, residential, or commercial)
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters
Actively prospect, generate, and follow up on leads
Close deals effectively through strong negotiation and sales skills
Maintain and grow long-term client relationships
Stay informed about market trends and new project launches
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
in the UAE real estate market
Freshers studying or who have lived in Dubai can apply
Proven ability to
close sales independently
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-service skills
Existing network of clients is a strong advantage
Must be self-motivated and
comfortable with a commission-only structure
People Outside of UAE will not be considered
