About the Role:



We are currently seeking driven and ambitious

Real Estate Brokers

to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a

full-time, on-site, commission-only role

ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are eager to build a rewarding career in the luxury property market.

You'll be representing prime residential properties, cultivating strong client relationships, and managing the full sales and rental process from start to finish.

What You'll Do:



Handle the sale and rental of exclusive residential properties across Dubai. Proactively source new properties and clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation. Build relationships with property owners, landlords, and investors. Conduct market appraisals (CMAs), property viewings, and coordinate marketing (including photography). Manage listings through CRM (Propspace) and ensure accurate property details. Qualify client inquiries and match them to available properties. Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage the transaction process including DLD title transfer. Provide up-to-date market insights and property advice to clients. Consistently follow up and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

What We're Looking For:



Previous experience in real estate sales or brokerage is preferred. Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market (or a willingness to quickly learn). Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and target-driven mindset. Strong negotiation, sales, and problem-solving abilities. CRM experience (Propspace is a plus). RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain. Fluency in English is essential (additional languages are a plus). Valid UAE driver's license preferred.
