Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service and upholding industry standards and ethics. This role requires a strong understanding of the local real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people find their perfect home or investment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and/or commercial properties
Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with clients and other agents
Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, zoning laws, and financing options
Prepare and maintain necessary documentation and legal paperwork
Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and other professionals
Use digital tools to list and search for properties
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Proven track record of successful sales or customer service experience
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsReliable transportation and a valid driver's license
