As a Real Estate Tele sales, you will be a vital part of our dynamic sales team, responsible for qualifying leads, fostering client relationships, and handling deals over the phone. We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of Dubai's real estate practices, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Proven 2+ years of experience and knowledge in Dubai's Real Estate market. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone. Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills, with the ability to effectively close sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative. Native level fluency in English is a must, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Initiate and manage calls, schedule meetings, and conducting follow-ups. Create property listings and efficiently handle inquiry calls. Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our brokerage services and identifying their needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, establishing trust and credibility. Assess client requirements and recommend suitable products or services offered. Engage in consultative selling, listening to clients' needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their specific goals.
