Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties developed by the company.
Managed client inquiries, provided property tours, and presented suitable options based on client requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, project developments, and competitive offerings.
Build and sustain relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Negotiate property prices and contract terms to close sales effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, finance, and legal, to support the sales process.
Attend property exhibitions, client meetings, and networking events to generate new leads.
Provide accurate and timely updates on sales pipelines and market feedback to management.
