We are looking for a professional property consultant to be joining our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates must be able to assist clients in making sound property investment decisions.

Responsibilities:

Property Consultants spend much of their time trying to attract customers. Actions will include cold-calling, following up on leads, advertising listings, and making business presentations to investor clubs and other interested groups. Strong time management skills and experience running multiple projects at a time. A good listener with the ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines Strong relationship management ability to communicate, influence and collaborate with others to deliver business activities successfully Maintain and update listings of available properties Systematically collecting and creating large amounts of information by activating strategies Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines Strong relationship management ability to communicate, influence and collaborate with others to deliver business activities successfully A strong team player with a proactive, flexible and mature approach to the role Financial Target: To be Achieved on monthly, Quarterly and yearly as per the company norms and policy Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting. Contacting leads immediately and meeting the client ASAP

Preferred Requirements:

Looking for quality in details Presentable, Elegant and Adhere to Time Frame. Extensive background in and a strong understanding of commercial and residential real estate acquisitions or brokerage Excels working under pressure; ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment Steely determination, financially driven and highly motivated Flawless and brief communication and presentation skills, verbal and written Negotiating skills with people (both verbal and written) Minimum 2 years of Real Estate experience Minimum 21 years old UAE Valid driving license Financially stable to relocate to Dubai Job Type:
