Actively promote and sell off-plan properties to investors and end users
Identify and qualify leads through various channels (calls, walk-ins, digital, events)
Conduct property presentations, site tours, and virtual walkthroughs for clients
Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up and after-sales support
Handle negotiations and guide clients through the full sales cycle
Market & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on current and upcoming off-plan projects across key Dubai locations
Maintain in-depth knowledge of developer offerings, payment plans, project timelines, and ROI projections
Educate clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and legal procedures
Reporting & CRM
Update client interactions, leads, and deal status in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Prepare and submit weekly performance reports and forecasts to management
Qualifications:Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 2 years' experience in off-plan sales within Dubai or other GCC markets
Skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, etc.) are a plus
Industry Knowledge
Solid understanding of Dubai's real estate regulations and RERA compliance
Familiar with leading developers (Emaar, Damac, Nakheel, Sobha, etc.)
Technology Proficiency
Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital sales tools (Zoom, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of qualified leads generated and converted
Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved
Client retention and referral rates
CRM activity accuracy and responsiveness
