We are seeking a motivated and personable
Real Estate Agent
to join our growing team. As a key member of our agency, you will represent buyers and sellers in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is self-driven, highly organized, and committed to delivering outstanding client service.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and mortgage options
Prepare and review real estate documents and contracts
Stay current with local market trends, listings, and real estate laws
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other agents
Use CRM systems and digital tools to manage leads and sales activities
Qualifications:
Active real estate license in [state/region]
Previous real estate or sales experience preferred (but not required)
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
