Real Estate Agent (Luxury Market)

What You'll Do:

As a Real Estate Agent at Joya Properties, you will work closely with high-net-worth individuals and investors, guiding them through the buying, selling, or leasing process of exclusive properties across Dubai. You'll leverage your industry knowledge and interpersonal strengths to build trust, negotiate deals, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent luxury properties across Dubai's most desirable locations Build and maintain lasting relationships with international clients Conduct property viewings and market assessments Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal requirements Negotiate offers and close high-value transactions Stay updated on market trends and regulations

Qualifications:

Proven experience in the real estate industry, preferably in luxury markets Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate landscape Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Excellent negotiation and closing abilities Professional demeanor, with a client-focused mindset Multilingual candidates highly preferred (especially Italian, French, Russian, German, etc.)
