Wizhull Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage LLC is actively hiring ambitious and driven Real Estate Sales Agents specializing in off-plan property sales. If you're a go-getter with excellent sales skills, a passion for Dubai's booming real estate sector, and a desire to earn high commissions, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell off-plan properties from top-tier developers in Dubai

Guide buyers through the full sales journey: inquiry, site visits, payment plans, and documentation

Generate leads through digital platforms, events, referrals, and your own network

Stay updated on Dubai's upcoming launches, developer incentives, and market trends

Build strong relationships with clients and provide post-sale support

Maintain accurate records of client communication and property transactions

Work closely with internal mortgage and legal teams to support deal closures

Candidate Requirements:

6 months to 1+ year experience in real estate sales (off-plan preferred)

Deep knowledge of Dubai's off-plan projects, master communities, and developer offerings

Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)

Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident with closing high-value deals

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

UAE Driving License is preferred but not mandatory
