What We Offer:
100% commission-based role (no fixed salary) Attractive commission structure: 50% commission on company-generated leads 70% commission on personal leads Strong backend support including marketing and administrative assistance Qualified leads provided Initial training to support your onboarding and success Uncapped earning potential based on performance
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries and property consultations Conduct property viewings and follow-ups Negotiate and close sales deals Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients and listings
Requirements:
Proven experience in Dubai real estate sales is preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented
