Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance and advice. Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase properties to potential buyers and renters. Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote listings. Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers to ensure favorable outcomes for clients. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Build and maintain a network of relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
