Guardians Prime Real Estate is hiring a Real Estate Agent!

Are you passionate about real estate and eager to take your career to the next level? Guardians Prime Real Estate is looking for a motivated and skilled Real Estate agent to join our growing team in Dubai.

Responsibilities :

- Managing the entire transaction process of a property purchase or sale.

- Maintaining strong knowledge of the real estate market and being able to provide expert advice to their clients.

- Determining clients' needs and financials, abilities to propose solutions that suit them.

- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.

- Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.

- Promoting sales through social media.

- Networking and building relationship with potential clients.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication in

Arabic, English, and French

is a

MUST

(Writing, reading, and speaking).

Additional languages would be an asset: Russian, Chinese, Spanish, German, Italian.

Knowledge of the local Real Estate market Self-motivated and entrepreneurial Strong communication skills Confident in presentation delivery Preferably experienced in the real estate market (at least 1 year of experience) UAE driving license will be a big advantage
