Job Description
Olat Properties is looking for ambitious, driven Real Estate Agents to join our fast-growing team in Dubai. This is a full-time, commission-only position, perfect for passionate sales professionals ready to thrive in a dynamic and competitive market.
What You'll Do:
Become a local community expert Make daily calls to potential landlords and sellers Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties Conduct property viewings and close negotiations Build and maintain long-term client relationships Stay current with Dubai's real estate trends and pricing Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns

What You Need:
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset Valid Real Estate License (preferred) Valid UAE Driving License with own car (preferred) Experience in customer service and sales Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong business sense and passion for real estate Effective time management and organizational abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred) Must be located in the UAE with a valid visa for the first 2-3 months or until the first deal is closed
