Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales and leasing transactions, client communication, market research, and relationship-building. You will represent both buyers and sellers, handling inquiries, showings, negotiations, and deal closures. You will work closely with our listings and marketing team to ensure properties are showcased effectively and client needs are met.

This is a commission-only role.

Key Responsibilities

Handle the sale and rental of premium properties in Dubai.

Prospect new clients via cold calling, networking, and digital channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, sellers, buyers, and tenants.

Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice.

Prepare and submit CMAs (Comparative Market Analysis).

List properties on CRM (Propspace) and coordinate professional media.

Qualify inquiries and match clients with suitable listings.

Negotiate terms and close deals professionally and efficiently.

Manage all documentation through to transaction completion (e.g. DLD, Form F, Form A).

Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.

Attend regular training sessions and industry events to sharpen knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in real estate sales or leasing (1+ year preferred).

Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and regulations (RERA certification preferred).

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

High level of professionalism and integrity.

Self-motivated and target driven.

Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, German, or French are a plus).

Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.

Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Propspace), MS Office, and online listing portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle).
