Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options. Conduct property tours and present features to prospective buyers/tenants. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. Stay updated on market trends, listings, and property values. Negotiate deals and handle documentation with support from the legal team. Meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

Freshers are welcome--sales experience in any industry is a strong advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence, enthusiasm, and a customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and integrity. Basic knowledge of MS Office and online listing platforms. A valid driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
