Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate

PROPERTY CONSULTANT

to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the property market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in the process of buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Provide clients with property listings that match their needs and budget. Conduct market research to stay updated on current property trends, pricing, and competition. Schedule property viewings and accompany clients to site visits. To actively post on their social media to promote the Company Brand. Do listings for Off-plan / Resale / Secondary / Rent, in different real estate platforms such as Property Finder, BAYUT & Dubizzle. Negotiate deals and prepare necessary documentation, including purchase agreements, lease contracts, and closing statements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners. Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in industry events. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws, zoning regulations, and financing options. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven work experience at least 2 years as a Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Knowledge of local real estate laws and property market conditions. Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients and tasks. Proficiency in MS Office and real estate management software (e.g., CRM systems). A valid real estate license (if required by local regulations). Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
